TPO applications in Nottingham
If your tree is protected by a Tree Preservation Order (TPO) or sits within a conservation area, you'll usually need written consent from the council before any work can be carried out. We take the hassle out of it — assessing the tree, preparing the application with the correct descriptions and justification for the works, and submitting it to your local authority on your behalf. Once consent comes through, we can carry out the approved work too.
- Applications for works to TPO-protected trees
- Conservation area notifications (six weeks' notice)
- Prepared and submitted to your council on your behalf
- Approved works carried out by the same team
